To get the cleanest and most complete draining of the system,i'd like to drain the block,after. You can pop those suckers open and get out of the way before taking a shower. Check the coolant when warmish at at least 12 month intervals.

This 7.3 engine has an odd crack and, as a result, you could literally pour coolant in at the top and it goes through the motor and out into the oil drain pan. 2020 f250 xlt 7.3l fx4 non tremor.

Place it on the nipple, with the other end in your bucket, then release the petcock screw, or drain plug. If the sca gets below 600 on the strips, add a bottle of vc8 and check it again after a few days of driving.

Usually this problem is the result of a front cover issue where cavitation occurs between the water pump and the aluminum front cover. Dieselsite ds203 203 degree thermostat. Water/coolant getting onto your spark plugs could be the results of warped/cracked heads, cracked block or a head gasket issue.
